Aventura Infinita is a company that specializes in adventure tourism, focusing specially in rafting and kayaking in Sarapiqui, La Fortuna and Guapiles.

Our personnel is highly prepared and qualified, with years of experience, and is specially trained in the equipment and safety requirements for this activity, all in the name of guaranteeing you a safe and amazing experience for your enjoyment.

The rafting and kayaking tours we conduct are for the Sarapiquí River, Toro River and Chirripo River. They are offered in several different levels of excitement, ranging from Category I, for children and those looking for a leisurely ride; to Category IV, for those looking for an extreme experience! Regardless of the level of difficulty, every tour passes through the vibrant plant and animal life that lines each river has.

Just to give a brief description of what each river offers, we could say that Sarapiqui has been declared a National Monument in Costa Rica, Chirripó is fast, exciting and big, and Toro has beautiful deep canyons and old growth forest scenery.

Class II Rafting, Sarapiquí River, Costa Rica »

This tour begins at a property called Finca los Venados (Deer Farm). It goes for a distance of 9-10km, ending at Chilamate Bridge. This tour is available all year round, and is perfect for people looking for a relaxing experience with a little bit of adrenaline. Previous rafting experience is not necessary.

This tour begins at the San Ramón Bridge, located in a town called La Virgen, in the canton of Sarapiquí. It goes for a distance of 11-12km, ending in Chilamate. This tour is available year round, with some black-out dates depending on the level of the river. It’s perfect for people who wish to experience a some adrenaline and excitement. Previous rafting experience is not necessary.

This tour on the Balsa River begins in Bajo Rodriguez, located in the county of San Carlos with a distance from 10 to 11 Km (6.2 to 6.8 miles), up to the Jabillos bridge. This tour can be done throughout the whole year, depending on the water level of the river, it is perfect for people who wish to experience an average level of adventure. No previous experience is necessary.

An adrenaline-pumping rafting adventure from start to finish. Only available to experienced rafters in good physical shape who are looking for an action-packed experience. The tour begins its descent at the San Miguel Bridge, waking rafters up with a Class IV rapid known as Café de la Mañana (Morning Coffee). You’ll have to prove your skill and strength right from the start!
